- Scenario-based legal problem solving using the MIRAT methodology and framework
- Legislative interpretation and referencing using the Migration Act 1958, Migration Regulations 1994 and legislative instruments
- Time and resource management under exam conditions, including effective use of LegendCOM
- Ethical and professional communication aligned with the Code of Conduct and Occupational Competency Standards
