- Includes: An individual 40-minute Oral Practice Examination assessment with a course coach, a full written practice exam marked by course coaches, and access to 300 multiple-choice practice questions with answers
What You Will Learn
This program prepares candidates for the written and oral components of the Capstone Assessment, the professional exam required for registration as a Registered Migration Agent.
What the course covers
The course provides structured, practitioner-led instruction across every component of the Capstone Exam.
- Exam structure and strategy for written and oral components
- Methods for preparing for both exam parts, including ethics and compliance under the OMARA Code of Conduct and Occupational Competency Standards
- Scenario-based legal problem solving using the MIRAT methodology and framework
- Legislative interpretation and referencing using the Migration Act 1958, Migration Regulations 1994 and legislative instruments
- Time and resource management under exam conditions, including effective use of LegendCOM
- Ethical and professional communication aligned with the Code of Conduct and Occupational Competency Standards
